Time & Materials Approach

In selected cases, where the client is uncertain of the project specifications, it can be difficult to define the project parameters during the first phase of development. In such circumstances, the Weingenious Technocrats team advises to adopt the time and material model, in which charges are incurred according to the staff hours employed on the project.

Then, when the scope and project specifications are clearly defined, the fixed price model can be chosen. While executing the time and material model, we guarantee complete transparency concerning the hours devoted to the client’s project. This method is generally more appropriate for small - medium scale businesses where the project requirements emerge over a period of time.

Fixed Price Approach

In many projects, the requirement is precisely determined from the start. Thus, there is minimal risk, enabling us to guarantee that the project will be completed within the budget limits and time-frame stated by the client. In such circumstances, we work with our clients to match their expectations against a mutually agreed fixed price.

Should the project specification be amended during the development phase, the client will be provided with a supplementary estimate of cost for their agreement prior to completion of the amended specification.-This approach works finest when the client has meticulously specified projects that involve minimum interruption from the customer’s team.
